Rick can provide project management for his designs from inception to finished build. He coordinates the teams of staff and consultants to make certain that design projects have the full benefits of all the appropriate areas of expertise. If a client chooses Rick will oversee all aspects of construction, design development, and site observation to ensure that the planned design manifests into reality. Rick will coordinate with general or sub-contractors when product or site issues arise to make certain that creative solutions are found to maintain design integrity in all the small details as well as the planned focal points of the project. Rick serves as the client’s advocate to ensure that opportunities for change orders are minimized and delays avoided wherever possible.
