Master planning resorts, time shares and housing communities have been a passion of Rick’s since he obtained his architectural license in 1980. Rick has served as planning coordinator for many varied density and mixed use occupancy projects. For these various projects, Rick served as the primary communicator and project planner for the developer to provide focused and detailed structure and timelines for building and engineer consultants and ensured that projects were coordinated with the appropriate HOA and city review design boards through approval and build of the project.
