If interiors and exteriors are provided by the same person at the onset of a project, it can reduce the number of change orders that arise due to transition from one design professional to the next one. Finally and most valuable to Rick Daugherty Architecture clients, Rick is able to offer interior design on a FIXED FEE BASIS instead of the interior design standard based on an hourly rate plus a mark-up on all furniture, fixture, and equipment purchases. Every purchase savings, including the designer’s discount, is passed on to the client. The end result is a cohesively designed exterior and interior space that has been achieved with cost and time efficiency.
